Genomic Health, Inc. Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering

Genomic Health, Inc. announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 5,016,722 shares of its Common Stock at $12.00 per share.

Genomic Health, Inc. is a life science company focused on the development and commercialization of genomic-based clinical diagnostic tests for cancer that allow physicians and patients to make individualized treatment decisions. Genomic Health's Oncotype DX� breast cancer Assay is alrady available for use to quantify the likelihood of breast cancer recurrence and predict benefit with certain types of chemotherapy for an individual patient.
