Late last month, GlaxoSmithKline was able to secure a temporary restraining order blocking the shipment and sales of a generic version of its nasal spray for allergies, Flonase. Roxanne Laboratories and Par Pharmaceuticals have resumed shipments Tuesday, however, as a U.S. District Court in Maryland refuse to extend the restraining order.
