Genencor Introduces Improved Acid Fungal Protease For Ethanol Production

The biggest advantage of this product is that it is effective under low pH (pH 3.0-4.5), which is the pH currently used in the fuel ethanol industry.
Fermgen will be introduced to the public this week during the Fuel Ethanol Workshop in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on June 20-23, 2006.
