A new report by Kline & Company, a consulting and market research firm about life sciences among others, suggests that China offers a lucrative opportunities, considering that "China's culture has fewer religious or moral objections to the use of embryonic stem cells, and the government has no qualms with funding this research when it is for academic, educational, or therapeutic purposes".
Kline's report, Licensing Strategies & Opportunities In The China Pharma/Biotech Industry, is the fourth in a series of 12 syndicated analyses that examines the current environment for licensing deals in the Chinese biotech and pharmaceutical industries.
